rules are rules buddy boy!

[/b] REGISTERING.[/color] You are free to register with whatever you so desire. HOWEVER, once registered and you've activated your account, please modify your display name so that it shows the character's FULL NAME. As in, Rose Lalonde or John Egbert, not just 'John' or 'Rose'. Symbols are accepted, but please don't hoard fifty million of them.

002 CREATING YOUR CHARACTER. When it's time to DO YOUR STUFF, just simply toddle on over to the character creation area. Fill out the entire app, to the specifications, and try to enjoy yourself! You are free to use the app given, or just free-for-all it and express yourself.

003 One thing we'd like to stress on. DO NOT post anywhere else until your application has been accepted. Really, we mean this.

004 RESPECT. This one word is probably the easiest thing to understand. Please do respect everyone here on the site. Don't go mocking members OOC or taunting them either. You may that while roleplaying but not outside of. We will have your head if you don't respect everyone on the site, trust us well on this.

005 CREDIT. Give it where it's needed, never lie or steal. Because we will find out. And we will send Colonal Sassacre after you.

006 ORIGINALITY. This is Homestuck. We understand that making original trolls is difficult. But try it. If I see fifteen copy-cat Karkats or Daves, it won't be extremely pretty.

007 ADVERTISING. There is an advertising forum on here. Guest friendly! So in return, we ask that you DO NOT advertise anywhere else other than in those forums. This includes in the cbox. We're serious about this. No advertising through PMs either, savvy?

008 CBOX. Don't we all love the calbox? Good. So don't abuse it. Don't create trouble in the cbox. It's a place where you can chat nicely with everyone - whether you like them or not. No advertising please, like I mentioned above. Just treat the cbox nicely, alright?

009 RATING. This is a website rated PG-13. You know what that means. Yes, we know it makes things a whole lot more interesting but that doesn't mean you can go around swearing your butts off. No one speaks in 'swear language' so please don't start that. Thank you very much. At least try to keep it below 10 curse words per post.

010 RESERVATIONS. When reserving a character, please go over to the thread with the similar title as this rule, and post a reply akin to 'I am reserving Karkat Vantas, and my OOC name is .' or 'I'd like to reserve John Egbert, please! My OOC name is !' After your one week is up, the character is no longer reserved.

011 CHARACTERS. If you are a mod or admin, then please MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR YOUR CHARACTER. Each character gets their own account, and that's final. So I won't be roleplaying on this as one of the kids, and your troll account will not be roleplaying as your other character, a kid. For now, there is a limit of THREE CHARACTERS. Read my lips... 'For now'. Until we can fill in all kid positions and troll positions, that's how it's going to be. And yes, I assure you, sprites and ancestors and the ilk are allowed. Just please, no Bec Noir or Doc Scratch or Lord English for a while, mkay?

Meh. That's about it. Simple, no? Not too hard, are they?
